"Finally found an LPG gas cooker!"

"Outstanding service from the team"
The service provided by the staff was top-notch, and the selection of products was amazing. They kept us updated throughout the process, and our fridge/freezer arrived in less than 36 hours, with the old unit removed. Highly recommend this place, and we’ll definitely return to pick out a cooker soon.

"Awesome Business"
I stumbled upon Ashcott Appliances while searching for a top-notch electric cooker. I was blown away by the prices and the fantastic customer support. They delivered right on time, provided tracking, and even took my old cooker away. It's a graded cooker, but honestly, I can't figure out why; it's just perfect! I'd definitely use this company again without a second thought.

I ordered a cooker from this shop but messed up the delivery address and payment details. I shot an email to the store, and within minutes, I got a reply with a fix for my issues. Super impressed, big thanks to Ethan for your assistance! My mom is totally in love with the cooker and saved around £200 compared to the usual price for the same item. "Still Waiting for My Cooker Ordered on the 18th"
I placed an order for a cooker on the 18th, and I’m still waiting for it. I was told multiple times that they would reach out to me, but that never happened. I had to call them myself. Since my old cooker has broken down, I requested a refund, but they still couldn’t provide a clear response. If you don’t live nearby, I’d suggest steering clear of this place. On the bright side, the refund process was really fast.

"Let Down"
I used to think highly of Asshcott appliances and even recommended them since they’re a local business. But then I had a real problem with an electric oven I purchased from them. It shocked me three times! When I called, they directed me to Hotpoint, who confirmed that the wiring was all wrong and that their installers should’ve fixed it. I called Ascott again, and they finally sent someone over that same afternoon to sort it out. No one ever apologized, and honestly, they should’ve come out right away when I first reported the issue.

"Property Damage Alert!!!!!"
While taking out an old fridge freezer and putting in a new one, the delivery crew messed up our hallway flooring. I've reached out to the owner multiple times via phone and email, but he’s decided to brush us off. It’s really disappointing, especially since I’ve been a loyal customer for years, purchasing our last fridge freezer, cooker, and washing machine, all of which were great until this incident. Not cool, Ashcroft Appliances!

"Support local businesses .. same day delivery on a graded cooker saving £240"
Support local businesses ... This company is fantastic! Our cooker arrived in Weston-super-Mare the same day (we were fortunate the delivery van was nearby!) and we saved over £200 by choosing a graded model compared to prices on a national site.
When we checked it out, there were no scratches or any signs of damage, inside or out, which we had anticipated with a graded appliance. It was in perfect shape, even the packaging was intact.
I highly recommend them, the customer service was excellent over the phone, payment was a breeze, and overall, I’d give them a solid 10/10.

"Purchased a double oven in December and..."
I got a double oven in December, and the grill feature is broken. All I hear is 'talk to Hotpoint'—what a joke! AVOID THIS COMPANY! They clearly don’t care about their customers. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 It was just a few days old when I called the little scrote.

"Tumble Dryer Purchase on Bank Holiday"
I ordered a tumble dryer on Monday during the Bank holiday, and they called us the same day to set up delivery for the next day - what a fantastic service! It arrived right on time, and the staff were super friendly. The product is great value and matches what was described online. I'm really happy with it, and once again, the service was top-notch.

Once again, the service was top-notch. The cooker showed up right on schedule and in flawless shape. A couple of weeks back, I purchased a fridge/freezer from Ashcott Appliances, and I’ll definitely be back when it’s time to get a new dishwasher.
